Address the invitation to your client’s email. They open the private link in a phone or computer browser, with no app or GENYOUINE account.
Record permission, disclosures, and answers
The client chooses permitted uses before capture, completes the disclosure step, and records one video or audio answer at a time. The source recording is sealed and preserved after submission.
Review and decide what to publish
Review the answers, transcripts, disclosures, and recording check. Keep or omit whole answers, or request a targeted retake. Nothing is published automatically.
Publish your client’s story
Publish within the client’s current recorded permission. Share the story page, add it to your firm’s public page, or embed it on your website, with disclosures and the source record available to inspect.
Create media for an authorized destination
Create supported formats from approved content, with captions and disclosure context. Each issued file has a Release Passport. Record the public URLs where your firm posts it to support later follow-up.

Verification boundary
What verification tells you.
Relationship and disclosure answers are captured or attested on the record. The signature does not independently verify those answers.
A check can establish
The sealed source recording has the same bytes as when it was sealed. Its hash and metadata are bound to a signed certificate, so later changes cause certificate verification to fail. Issued media can be checked against its own exact-file Passport.
It does not establish
Who the person is; whether a statement is true, representative, coached, or synthetic; whether the firm met every legal obligation; or whether an unknown external copy is current or unchanged.
