Live, one take, signed — then anyone can check it.
A Genyouine testimonial can’t be edited, re-recorded and passed off after the fact, or faked with AI — any of those changes the file, so the signature stops matching. It can’t tell whether a real person was coached, though; the scope box below says exactly what we do and don’t prove.
Your customer records live
You send a link. They open it in their browser — phone or computer, no app — enter their name, agree, and record in one take. Nothing is uploaded from a file; the recorder captures it live.
We fingerprint and sign it
The moment recording ends, our server takes a mathematical fingerprint (SHA-256) of the exact video, binds it to what's being praised, stamps the time, and signs a certificate with a cryptographic key.
Anyone can verify it
Every published clip carries a small badge to a public certificate page. The signature is checked in the viewer's own browser — nothing is sent to us, and nobody has to trust us.
What it proves — and what it doesn’t
A live, in-tool, unedited recording on a specific date, bound to a specific thing, by a named person.
That no one coached them, that they speak for everyone, or that their results are true.
We never overclaim — that honesty is the point.
