Participants receive the intended uses before recording, choose optional uses separately, record in their browser, and can later request withdrawal.
The firm owns the decision
The RIA chooses the questions, reviews whole answers and disclosures, determines whether a story may be used, and remains responsible for its advertising obligations.
The record stays connected
The original recording, permission, review decisions, published story, issued media, and later status changes remain connected and available to inspect.
