RETURN PROCESS

We are happy to process any returns. In order to start the process please contact us via email (genyouinemats@gmail.com) with your order number and a description of the issue. We will give you the information to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

WHAT IF I AM A YOGA TEACHER?

We offer a $15 discount to all our yoga teachers on our mats. In order to gain this discount, we must have proof of teaching. Please email us to find out more. 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MAT?

After practicing, role up your mat with the cork side out and store out of direct sunlight.
Cork is a natural antimicrobial so you don't need to clean it often. If you feel it needs a good wipe, use a fresh lemon and warm, damp cloth.

WHAT IF I'M STILL SLIPPING?

We recommend you spritz a little water on your hands or the mat when doing a cold start. This will activate the stick feature of the cork. 
If it's still not working for you, feel free to shoot us a message so we can figure out a solution!

DO THESE MATS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

We stand behind the quality and durability of our product and that's why every mat purchased from us comes with a one year warranty. This is conditional upon proper care of the mat. It does not cover normal wear and tear, minor bleeding or fading of ink, or any damage due to use on overly rocky/uneven surfaces or other areas that cause damage. We do not cover any tearing due to pets. The customer is free to send us the mat back and we will inspect it. If it is deemed a manufacturing issue, we will replace the mat. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

DOES THE RUBBER BASE CONTAIN LATEX OR MBP?

Our rubber is recycled from natural tree rubber and has no other chemicals added into it therefore it is MBT free! Unfortunately, rubber contains latex naturally and so our mats also contain it. The cork on top ensures minimal contact with your skin but if you have an allergy, we suggest you take caution if you choose to purchase one of our mats.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING? 

We are not responsible for any damage incrued during shipping. In the unlikely event this happens to you, we ask that you contact Canada Post or whoever your shipper was. If no solution comes from that,  we can replace the item. Customer will be responsible for the fees associated with returning the damaged item and sending a replacement. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We allow free cancellations within 24 hrs for any cork product. After the order is sent out, we cannot do anything until it reaches you at which point we would be happy to give you a refund minus processing and shipping fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping
